I want to complain against the violation of prescribed facilities offered in your website about preference of birth in cost of my money debited from my account. I booked a ticket first in available 116 Nos of ticket on 25.06.2015 15:30:09 (PNR [protected]) preferring the option as LOWER BIRTH but the ticket issued as S7 /8/SIDE UPPER. Then, without cancelling it I booked another ticket by opting no choice of birth on 15:39:01 and again this time the ticket issued as S8/40/SIDE UPPER. Later, I cancelled the second booking and called on your customer care and been advised to tick on the option in passenger details on "Book, only if at least 1 lower berth is allotted ", Now, the information given after booking was hold as ticket was not matching the instruction and I had to proceed by agreeing the booking without choice of birth by YES or terminate the booking by opting NO where as my money was already debited from my bank account again and I choose the option YES to try again for lower birth availability. But, this time again the same ticket issued as S8/40/SIDE UPPER (PNR [protected]) amazingly.
Now, I want to ask you that if you cannot allot at least one lower birth in available 116 nos of ticket then why you have provided the facility of the preference of birth in your booking system and who will refund the money I have lost against the cancellation charges and bank charges from my bank ? I am 45 years old and 5'11" of height having constraint of L.S. pain suffering to travel in side upper birth. So, I want to get back my debited money and want to get the proper ticket as you committed as facility in your site of I will go the the consumer court with this issue. Please response early.
