Irctc — Worst Cutomer Serveice for flight tickets booked through IRCTC

First Time I booked flight ticket with IRCTC, but amoount deducted and status was showing "Requested" Not received any PNR or ticket number, tried calling customer care [protected], but this number shows invalid. Tried calling other number of IRCTC customer care, they doesn't help and share one another contact details, called on that number n number of times, no body picked up the call.
