Irctc — Worst facility for online ticket reservation.

Today i was booking ticket for my mother and grandfather from new delhi to patna in sampark kranti super fast train and their is more than 180 seats are available and i have also selected the preference of lower birth as they are more than 60years in age and they can not go to upper or middle birth. But as irctc planning and business team has strategy not to book lower birth first and made web site as their requirement and business, i am not able to book lower birth and i got one middle and one upper. This has happened earlier also. So, It is humble request from the customer that please at least for senior citizens and handicap peoples, reserve some lower birth so that their could not be any possibility of trouble and inconvenience.
