Irctc — Wrong deduction due to old rules mentioned on website | |||
It's regarding wrong and high deduction on my cancellation of 2 recent tickets on 6th July 2015 9 AM. I've done cancellation much before 24 hours, still the dedcuted amount is approx 25%. Please see the cancelled tickets: PNR no [protected] PNR no [protected] When I called the contact no. I found that the rules were changed and it is now 48 hours, but I had gone by the rules mentioned on IRCTC website https://www.services.irctc.co.in/beta_htmls/refundrules.html Hence the money should be refunded per old rules. They may change the website or this remove this page on seeing this complaint, but Cyber investigation will reveal that as of 6th July 2015, 9:30 AM this link mentioned old rules and I've taken screenshot as well.
