Irctc — wrong message by IRCTC leading to cancellation of my very important ticket. | |||
I booked a ticket of 30.05.2015 in train number 12570 on 31.03.2015. Today around 8pm I received a message from IRCTC that the train has been cancelled and so I should cancel my ticket. After cancelling the ticket when an ammount of Rs.250 was deducted I called the IRCTC helpline. And after that they just casually said that because of a mistake the message was sent and the train hasn't been cancelled. It was really shocking for me to hear that as it is very urgent for me to reach home as so I had preplanned this journey 2 months ago. I am really feeling helpless at this time because of no positive response from IRCTC. I want my ticket so I can go home.Adding proof with this. Was this information helpful? | |||
