I have given a complaint in [protected]@irctc.co.in on 01.02.2018. I have received an auto reply mail by allotting a ticket i'd. Furnishing here my ticket id for your reference. But till date, the matter is not solved & i have not received any refund from irctc. Kindly look into the matter immediately & try to solve the issue with immediate effect. Most urgent please.
