IRCTC/online Ticket Booking — Amount deducted from the account without booking ticket 3 times | |||
Hi i am nisha today i tried to book ticket from irctc app from delhi to kurukshetra kalka express who runs in evening but transactions failed many time still got 3 times deduction from my account of rs. 586 x3=1758 I booked from irctc mobile app. Please refund my money i am sharing screen shot of booking fail and transaction done in my account. Tickets had been booked on 25 may from vizag to newjalpaiguri actually the transaction has been failed n the number is [protected] I saw in refund history rs 13, 860 credited in my bank account but amount is not credited.pls do needful as early as possible.my mobile no is [protected].
