Sir,
I'm vijay kumar Singh from district sitapur U.P. I have booked two e-tickets on 19th of April but at the time of prepared of chart only one ticket become confirm that's booking I'D was- [protected] & pnr no was [protected] and I again booked second time on 10th of may that's booking I'D was [protected] & pnr no was [protected] this also only one ticket become confirm but I am still waiting for refund so please take necessary action and reply as soon as possible.

Hello Iam Sathyanarayana i tried to book ticket on[protected] from my mobile irctc app from Hyderabad to Chennai amount deducted 1301/- and 867/- but transactions failed.
Please refund my money On priority basis. Please do needful...find attached screen shots for ur reference. and I didn't even get mail for the same from irctc.
