One of my cancellation refund is due since 9 th October 2017 and I am yet to get the refund credit to my bank.Your response will be appreciated.

Rs.160.
I have sent the bank account statement
till 27 th Oct to prove that it has not been credited to my account.If IRCTC claim to have refunded let them provide sufficient evidence to refute my claim.
