IRCTC/online Ticket Booking — Regarding non-receival of e-ticket

Hi,

I tried to book a e-ticket and paid the money through my account. While the money got debited from my account but I did not yet get the e-ticket. It displayed me as network issue but the amount got debited from my account. Kindly look after it and either refund the amount or provide me the e-ticket for which I tried to book.
