IRCTC/online Ticket Booking — want refund of rs. 100

I have account on irctc while i am booking train ticket from karnal to delhi my transaction was almost done but on the payment gateway service is unavailable but rs. 100 is deducuted from my bank account and that transaction was unavailable due to irctc error so i want my money back in my accout.
