Irda — refund of amount

Ref. My complain dt 08.01.09 for refund of amount for rs.2, 60, 000/-appx from tata aia against investment of policy. Till date coy not informed about my return as i am facing financial need for daughters marriage. Earlier, several correspondence made with tata aia and they decline to return the same and put me problem. Request to return the amount.

I applied agency in LIfe insurance corporation of india Pathankot.I passed the exam in LIC Pathankot. but LIC branch not give me LIC code . They not give me reason why they not give me agency code. LIC branch manager not tell properly . So please solve my problems urgent as pssible.
