Irda — remove pan card detail from irda portal

Respected sir,
My name is akshit sethi, i have joined dhfl pramerica life insurance corporation ltd as an agent approximately 2 years back. I am not doing any business for that company. I have also resigned to that company. But my pan no. Looked up in irda portal. Now i had got a job in another field but because of my name showing in irda i am getting trouble in joining the job.
So i am requesting u to please remove my name and pan no. From irda so i can work in another field. Hope you will accept my request and sort out my problem as soon as possible.
