Irda — status of my previous agency code shows still not terminated in the irdai portal

I was given licensed advisor code in max life insurance company.
Due to some family concerns couldn't continue it. Now i got noc from that previous company but still my pan number is not terminated in the irdai portal... I kindly request you to do the needful as soon as possible
