Irechargeonline.com — Amount debited to my account but recharge was not successful | |||||
Yesterday(6th April 216), I did on line recharge for a prepaid vodafone connection twice ( transaction of Rs.250/- twice) for a total amount of Rs.500/-. After following all the steps, the message I received was transaction successful (amount debited to my cr.card account), but recharge failed. Now, I want to know why the recharge was failure and what will happen to my money which is debited to my a/c. The recharge process was done thro' my mobile phone. I have tried paying pretpaid tatadocomo bill. Payment got failed. When i will get back the amount. Whom to contact for the return amount. Below is the details of payment failure. fraud company..There is no customer care phone number also
