Hi, I recharged my videocon dth with your site of rs 500 on 16th may which eventually got failed. Post that i got an email from your end which states that the rechage has been failed and you guys have transferred the amount into your wallet with login credentials. I logged into the site and found that there was no wallet option available. Please refund the complete amount back to my bank account or provide me an option to recharge with the same.
