Dear sir,
I made a payment for my idea mobile no. [protected] through net bank hdfc on 21st april 2016.The transaction was not complete but amount of Rs.410/- was debited from my account.I lodged no of. complaints to cust. care & appellate Idea but are not cooperating. Plz help to refund my payment. Details of payment as per HDFC bank are given under.
