I have made a payment of 1500 Rs for my airtel postpaid on May 02 ... I've got a mail stating that th recharge is done successfully the amount is been deducted ... But actually the amount didn't turn upto Airtel ... I've lost 1500 ... Iam trying to contact IRecharge online support team they have suspended my account ... I don't know still how these companies are surviving playing with customers money ... My humble request is to take strong action against the complete I recharge team ...
