[Resolved] Irechargeonline — Payment made, but recharge failed three times | |
I have made recharge payments for my bsnl pre paid mobile number. The payment was made but recharge failed three times. It is observed from the website of irecharge that 95% of the customers have problems and most of the cases are unresolved. It appears the company is a cheater appropriate action must be taken against them. Please verify and refund the amount paid to you rs 750/-. I have done a bill payment of my idea postpaid mobile number # [protected] for rs 1000/ on 04/04/2016. The payment failed but RS 1000/ was deducted from my ICICI account. I have submitted a compliant in their website and they have suspended my account, their is no customer support for this irechargeonline.
