i will wait after along near by 25 days it will not refund my account and anther one is login id and pass word also wrong showing on screen

The recharge of inr 800+800+800 = 2400 on reliance postpaid number +91 [protected] from irechargeonline website was failed on 13 may 2016. But the amount was deducted from my bank account. Afterwards i was unable to log ticket on website as it was showing account suspended.
After sending several requests on mail, i have not received payment. Request you to kindly resolve issue.

A complaint about recharge failed & reversal thereof was submitted on 31st may 2016 wrt to ebs payment id 5336476 & merchant ref number 16tcdwut7dz4i1jv9636 indicating reversal of rs 425 lying in your ewallet. It looks that the company is not of good reputation. The company is only harassing the people. More than one month has passed no action has been taken. It seems that we have go to the court of law for justice.

This company is a fraud company. i ahve send them 5 reminder mails to refund rest of the amount 350. they are not bothering. Take some strict action against them. I made two times IDEA postpaid payment for Rs.920 with my HDFC & SBI credit card. Amount got deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. A mail from [protected]@irechargeonline.com informed that the amount will be credited to e-wallet for later recharges.
