      After sending several requests on mail, i have not received payment. Request you to kindly resolve issue.

        This is to be concerned with transaction id : n7zm2jj0htc5u6h6aob9 failed or disputed on "10 apr 2016"which was initiated on[protected], via mobile no #[protected] and email address: anita. [protected]@gmail.com and amount rs. 399/- was debited from account however the recharge
        Was not successfully completed, and its been more than one month still we are waiting for the refunds
        "badly disappointed"
        I also tried to lodge the ticket for the same from the same website however it was displaying an error"the account was suspended contact to your system administrator" then i emailed to [protected]@irechargeonline.com on 0106/2016 however no i did not get any response
        So you are requested to look into the issue on priority issue and revert the amount of 399/-as soon as possible

        Also attaching the failure mail recieved on after unsuccessful recharge.

          A complaint about recharge failed & reversal thereof was submitted on 31st may 2016 wrt to ebs payment id 5336476 & merchant ref number 16tcdwut7dz4i1jv9636 indicating reversal of rs 425 lying in your ewallet. It looks that the company is not of good reputation. The company is only harassing the people. More than one month has passed no action has been taken. It seems that we have go to the court of law for justice.

              I have made a payment of 1500 Rs for my airtel postpaid on May 02 ... I've got a mail stating that th recharge is done successfully the amount is been deducted ... But actually the amount didn't turn upto Airtel ... I've lost 1500 ... Iam trying to contact IRecharge online support team they have suspended my account ... I don't know still how these companies are surviving playing with customers money ... My humble request is to take strong action against the complete I recharge team ... Will further upload all the strong proofs regarding the bill payment...

                    I have registered my complaints via consumer complaints twice. I have received only Rs. 350 back out of 700. details of transactionsare below given. This company is a fraud company. i ahve send them 5 reminder mails to refund rest of the amount 350. they are not bothering. Take some strict action against them. His owner has send me a mail and promised me that he will look in to the matter personal so i can get my money back. Waiting for your response.

                          On 18 apr 2016 i tried to recharge my b s nlmobile no [protected]for rs 1000/- twice. The payment i d communicated to me are 52568339 and 52568623 dt 18 apr 2016. The payment was made through s bi. Under the transaction nos prch pos[protected] irechargeonline_ebss bi pg and pos[protected] irechargeonline_ebs sbipg both dated 18 apr 2016. It is sad thatthe company has failed to either my said mobile or refund the money to me. The company has simply suspended my account and the help and support systems of the are not available hence can not be contacted. It seems the said company has cheated me and many other customers in the past. I appeal the company be brought to books under the law and be asked to refund the amount to the clients.

                                Every time i received a call and assured of refund in the next 5-10 minutes, but the 10 minutes have never come if your business is to cheat and make falls promise then it is o k. This practice will not last long a day will come your company will be exposed and some of you may be charged for cheating and looting

                                    I made two times IDEA postpaid payment for Rs.920 with my HDFC & SBI credit card. Amount got deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. A mail from [protected]@irechargeonline.com informed that the amount will be credited to e-wallet for later recharges.

                                    There is no e-wallet and I checked for rising a new ticket for refund of Rs.920/-. But it was showing an error :Your account has been suspended please contact your account administrator ([protected]@irechargeonline.com).Im not sure what next to be done.kindly let me know the refund procedure via mail on [protected]@gmail.com as irecharge dont have a customercare number.

                                        Plz note that i have done payment of rs 1597 to reliance mobile on 19/4/2016. Transasion id no 9v954l471587gv58k93x. And ebs id no 52591501 payment mode master card status sucsess.
                                        I recived mail stating transation failed and the amount is in the wallet
                                        Now when i open my e mail id it shows the account is suspended.
                                        Kindly pay the amount to reliance [protected] or return in the citi bank acount from which it is been deducted

                                        Also there is another transation of rs 1600 on 18/4/2016 for which i recived massage the amount will be return in 7/10 dats but not done the refrence no is e20hdoenwz3c1v27841
