As per axis bank offer i have deposited rs.10000/- in my savings bank

On 27.12.2017. Ifsc code of the bank is utib0000123. Branch :karur.

I am purchase Unitedcolors of benetton watch through HDFC credit card offer.it is not branded watch please rectify the my problem.i have added watch picture I nave received watch but after 2 days it's not working
