I have received mail from axis bank today at. 3.40 pm (03/05/2016). In that mail i received product related information and i have received my e-voucher code. I'm trying to redeem my gift. but i cant redeem.
i got error 403 Forbidden, (You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Unable to redeem Benetton Bag. This is pathetic that such complaints are posted by 100s of people and not resolved by company. Why then do they send such vouchers. Either answer the question else resolve the issue by sending the bag on below mentioned address.

I have reedemd my benetton bag with axis bank voucher but 2 days before i got an email that address is incomplete i have replied back to that email with my complete address.i have called 7-8 timesi n ireedem customer care no saying that the subscriber is busy and we have noted your number and we will call back i have not got any call till now.
so plz help me out that when i will get my bag.and what is the order status.

I am redeemed the axisbank gift voucher in iredeem.in for bentton bag on 24-Aug 2015. they send confirmed email and said to delivery 15 to 21 days.
