A message was displayed on the screen" You have successfully redeemed Benetton Bag with your AXIS BANK voucher. There was no confirmation through email or sms sent to me. as per the mail from axis bank, the product was supposed to reach me within 10 to 21 working days. But now it is almost 35 days. But most of the time the call gets disconnected automatically saying "Our executives are busy, We have noted your number and will call back soon" .
