    I ordered ucb watch through hdfc on june 4th 2020. Amount 411 deducted from my account and not able to track the order and item not received. No update about he order status. Please deliverhe product or return the money

        I got a promo code from axis bank thru sms which had a link to buy the product and redeem it. I did and it took to your side and the product available was benetton bag. Order placed successfully. Transaction id. [protected]. And i received an order confirmation thru email and said it'll be dispatched by 10 - 21 working days but never received any information about tracking id, etc. 6 days earlier i wrote to the company and they said that the product will be dispatched in 3-5 days but there's still no sign of anything. Yet. Kindly let me know the details at the earliest... Its almost 1.5 month since i ordered the bag and now my patience is running out.

            I order a watch and paid rs 411 though my hdfc net banking but i haven't get any confirmation or tracking i'd or delivery date.. So i want them to inform me about my order or refund my money else i'll take any other legal step because i order one ucb bag also last year still haven't received that but that was cod so i never complained about that but now i paid money but still no confirmation..                           Redeemed benetton red bag through voucher. Voucher redeemed on 17 november 2019.

                          A month passed and no any update regarding courier details which you promised to give in 2 - 3 working days.

                          Contacted customer care several times and updated the issues through mail.

                          No proper reply from their side.

                          Solve the issues as early as possible.

                            I received a sms from blue dart couriers on 8th inst. Informing that the consignment has been despatched on 7th december also giving consignment number. Yesterday (12th) i tracked the consignment on the blue dart site and got information that the consignment was delivered on the 9th dec. To somebody named rukmani which is not concerned to me in any way. That is, the consignment was delivered wrongly either intentionally or by mistake i am not sure. I have submitted a complaint of non delivery on their website yesterday. This is to inform you of the misdeed of the couriers. Please take action so that the wrong is set right.

                                        I ordered a benetton-12f-br-watch using hdfc offer and paid inr 411.82.

                                        To my surprise, the watch seems to be already used/duplicate

                                        1. Too many scratches on the back cover
                                        2. Belt is tearing off near the dial
                                        3. The mrp on box is 2999 (Including vat), on your website you are listing the discounted price 350 and then charging vat extra. Could you please clarify if the discount was on total amount, why extra vat is charged?

                                        I am surprised how a well know bank like hdfc is promoting your website, it’s highly disappointing that you are cheating customers, selling fake/duplicate/used product and charging unethical money.

                                        I need my money to be refunded asap. You can send your executive to collect the fake watch.

                                        A bunch of liars are running this company, from last four days they are promising that someone will come to pick up the fake watch.

                                        Just like the fake watch they sell, the pick up company also seems to be fake, no one is showing up.

                                        I need my money back, you guys should stop fooling and looting customers with your fake products
