Redeemed benetton red bag through voucher. Voucher redeemed on 17 november 2019.

A month passed and no any update regarding courier details which you promised to give in 2 - 3 working days.

Contacted customer care several times and updated the issues through mail.

No proper reply from their side.

1. Too many scratches on the back cover
2. Belt is tearing off near the dial
