[Resolved] Iredeem.in — benetton red bag | |||||
Hi I had received a voucher code from Axis Bank for Benetton Red Bag. I redeemed it and your website server went down. I refreshed the page so it showed that the order is placed. I did not receive any email or SMS regarding the same. When I tried using the code again it says it is already redeemed. So can you please tell me whether the order is successfully placed or not? Please provide me the details regarding the dispatch and the AWB number if the order is placed and if not then you please suggest what can be done. Thank you. Forum Rathod Mira Road, Thane.
