[Resolved]  Iredeem.in — invoice copy and start procedure of benetton-05-bwd-watch

I had purchased the benetton-05-bwd-watch but the watch minute mark loose.
I want to know about for invoice copy and start procedure of benetton-05-bwd-watch because there is no user manual in the box.
The watch had purchased from hdfc bank offers page
I mailed many time but no one reply.
They replies the invoice copy will be send at evening.
But till time the invoice copy not send.
