Iredeem.in — Received damaged product | |||
I received an e voucher from axis bank through SMS on 29th Dec 2016. I redeemed the voucher on 6th Feb 2017 through website www. iredeem.in. A message was displayed on the screen" you have successfully redeemed your e voucher. Received the email from iredeem saying that You have successfully redeemed AXIS-BENETTON-WATCH with your BANK voucher.Your Transaction ID is:ab241252d20a2a94b13c. I have received the parcel on 10th Feb-2017 and when i opened the package found that the BENETTON -WATCH was in broken and damage condition. I tried contacting @ [protected] which was provided as customer care number in the website of iredeem. But most of the time the call gets disconnected automatically saying "our executives are busy, we have noted your number and will receive a call back" and i have also post my complaint through and not received any response. please help us in getting re-placement against the same.
