[Resolved] Iredeem.in — ucb watch ordered through hdfc but no details given after order is placed

I have place an order o[censored]cb watch on 07-december-2018. I had made payment through netbanking (Hdfc). I have received message from bank you had paid rs.411.83 including gst (Transaction ref no:[protected]. Till now i didnt receive any confirmation message or any order id from iredeem. I have tried the contact no. Given on site of ireedem.in but no one is picking. My registered no. With the order placed is [protected]. So please provide me the solution for this.

Updated by rockin89 11 days are over, still I have not received any information regarding dispatch of my product as committed by Team Iredeem.
I have ordered benetton watch from iredeem.in under hdfc promotional offer. 411.82 inr has been charged but i did not get any confirmation email or message or tracking id. But payment was deducted. The transaction id is [protected], date : 1/12/2018, paid via payu.
Please check this and revert asap.
