Hdfc has offered me a benetton product via iredeem at a discounted price of 411.82 inr. After ordering the same, there is no response from the company and no product was received till now. There is not even a proper link to track the order. My money just vanished! I need a full refund to my bank account within the next 2 weeks or i'm going to sue this damn company. I came to know that the product that we receive by HDFC discount coupons are fake, so I wanted to cancel the booked orders but I am unable to tracks the status of the orders that I had booked.
I want to cancel all the 3 orders, 2 watches and 1 wallet and I need the refund. I have dropped you guys an email too.
