[Resolved]  Iredeem.in — money deducted but no email or message if order is placed or not

Last night I ordered a benetton wallet from iredeem as I was getting an offer through my hdfc bank account. So when I clicked on offer it takes me to the iredeem website. And when I added the product (benetton wallet) in the cart asking me for payment for which I paid 411 including GST charges. Money got deducted but no message of order placed or not just blank page. Tried contacting them but number not working and even I tried to email them but still yet no response. Please advise

And second what the hell you guys are doing, if you had made a website it should be properly working and customer should be notified properly on timely basis. this is really ### weired.. dont make me come there and try to test me.. may be other customers didnt speak.. but I am not like them..you ### people...
And one more thing, first of all big thanks to consumercomplaints webiste atleast you are replying and getting a attention, otherwise you people wouldn't have even responded

Second repair your phone if need any money let me know I will send some and get it done.
Third check your email, or for that also I need to do something.

I purchased a UCB watch code- 12-F-BR.
I got this offer from /iredeem.in through Hdfc bank. So I thought it is a genuine product. The packing of the product is Bennetton. The price of the watch is mentioned Rs 2999/- but on the hdfc iredeem.in offer I got it for Rs- 411.82/- It is a fake product somewaht around Rs100-150 price.I never expected this type of cheap service from HDFC. I am a very old customer of HDFC bank. HDFC Why are you spoiling your reputation with such foolish act? I am really disheartened with this disloyalty. Please help me.
