[Resolved] Iredeem.in — non delivery of benetton bag | |||
I received a sms from blue dart couriers on 8th inst. Informing that the consignment has been despatched on 7th december also giving consignment number. Yesterday (12th) i tracked the consignment on the blue dart site and got information that the consignment was delivered on the 9th dec. To somebody named rukmani which is not concerned to me in any way. That is, the consignment was delivered wrongly either intentionally or by mistake i am not sure. I have submitted a complaint of non delivery on their website yesterday. This is to inform you of the misdeed of the couriers. Please take action so that the wrong is set right.
