I have ordered ucb watch through hdfc promotions one month back. No one contacted me or texted me and they sent an email that they need complete address. I replied to that mail with my complete address and contact number and haven’t received anything yet. It seems they didn’t even dispatch the product and sent the mail at first time as well.
