IRTC — Purchase of ticket from irtc

Dear sir, i had booked below tikcet on line, but when i arrived at station the train was cancelled. I apporached ticket window they told me to buy new ticket and travel in next train. The current ticket will be automatically cancelled and money will be rolled back to my account.
I wrote to irtc but no reply from them. I did not get refund of the same.
