Irtctc — Non refund of money for cancelled sector - unresolved four months | |||
Had booked a flight ticket for my daughter. Due to a sudden death in the family had to cancel pune - kolkata. Rs 5478.00 refunded by airline on 17.11.2015, irctc refunded on 27.11.2015. However, return ticket of 5044 refunded by airlines on 26.11.2015 still not refunded. Several emails, phone calls, followup not yet resolved.
