I had a booking that is done in irctc app, i had booked the ticket at wl 44 on 1st nov 2019, it got confirmed on nov 8th after moving from waiting list wl20 to wl10 to wl1 to cnf, i had checked it in irctc app and indian railway app, for my pnr status it showed confirm cnf meaning of cnf - confirmed (Coach / berth number will be available after chart preparation), but after chart preparation it got moved to wl26, it's a fraud from indian...

I have canclled my ticket two months back and hav not received my refund yet if i call nad ask the irctc person he says that i have. Transferred it to zaakpay we are no more responsible for urr refund what is this? I have been trying many ways for my refund since two months can u please refund my money iam complaining because my amount is huge please refund it s soon as possible....

Had booked a flight ticket for my daughter. Due to a sudden death in the family had to cancel pune - kolkata. Rs 5478.00 refunded by airline on 17.11.2015, irctc refunded on 27.11.2015.

However, return ticket of 5044 refunded by airlines on 26.11.2015 still not refunded.

Several emails, phone calls, followup not yet resolved.
