ISBT Kashmere Gate — overcharging than mrp

It's for the 10nth time i'm complaining about this and i have also fired an fir regarding this at the complaint centre on the bus stand but no enquiry or whatsoever has taken place till now. Every shop charges more than mrp on all the products. It's a shame that country's capital still practices this unethical behaviour. Dear sir,
Please take a action all shop who is taking charge more than mrp, and I also complain police station but they are also involve on this, because when I was complaining the police mane does not respond in my complaint he also protects the shop kipper.

Today I am traveling from Kashmir gate ISBT to khatauli from AC bus departure time 12:30. having seat number 15. The guy who seating in ticket counter charge me Rs.270/- in place of actual charge of RS.163/- I reconfirm the ticket amount he told me the charge is Rs. 270/- please do something

Mohd. Arshad shopkeeper at kashmiri gate ISBT has charged more money against the mrp of the product when asked to return the money then he refused to give my money back and asked me to give him more money forcefully...😠😡
