Here I am complaining for dirty toilets at kashmere gate where Nuego buses available.. it's so dirty and unhygienic that you can't even stand .. the person outside taking 10rs from per person a long que is there for males and female washroom are so dirty..when I asked for cleaning service he said no cleaner is available.
Kindly look into this matter..
It's so sad to see these type of facilities where people need to travel and they can't even use the washroom.

I have traveled from Delhi to chandigarh. I got down to use washroom at ISBT Kashmiri gate. The bathrooms were so dirty and unhygienic. How come a place is so dirty that noone can use it. All the toilets were blocked by laterine, pads. No floor cleaning. Even if no water is coming in tap. It's so horrible situation. Kindly please tell your staff to clean it properly and manage it.

I am travelling from Delhi to Una(HP) from ISBT on 11.06.2022. i went to the toilets and there people have done toilet and have done laterine on the floors only.

The toilets are not at all clean. There was vomit in the washbasins.

The condition is pathetic. There were flies on the laterines which was there on the floors

The cheesy sandwich which I purchased was stale

It's very uncomfortable as a female passenger as these auto drivers surround us immediately after we get down from bus and behave in a very creepy way, especially for other state people. They charged me Rs.500 for an auto ride from kashmiri gate to airport. Few instances when I ended up at night, many of them were drunk and misbehaving. Even if you try to move away they just surround you, ask inappropriate questions or abuse. I guess it's correct that delhi is an unsafe place for females

Sir i was travelling from delhi to ambala but i have to wait inside the waiting area for my colleagues for 2 hours so i have decide to sleep for 2 hours but the security staff behaving me like a thief they doing argue with me and other passenger also and they saying don't sleep here dats not your home and giving a threat that they call the police if i'm not going outside the waiting area bcoz I'm arruge with them for my rights..

The staff of kashmiri gate bus stand they are switched off the lift, automatic stairs and ac after 12 at night to disturb the passengers

I went kashmir gate bus stand for catch the bus for chandigarh when we visit there one guy come to us and where u want to go we told him chandigarh sec-17. He told came with me i show u the way from where u got the bus but after 2min we went some place where 4guys r standing they just say give 1100 rupees for chandigarh we ask but the price is 600, for two they no it's our charge. The same thing they do with all who is there one guy told them we don't want this tkt they take 300rupees from this guy and send them back and go we not have ur money back. They force the people to pay this amount because no one take action against them.

Sir, i havent seen ibst kashmeri gate any scania buses overcharged for luggage. I have been travelled with this buses everytime. I know they take rs10 for each luggage but this time (Ticket no. 17723911, date: 3nov2019) super luxury via delhi to jaipur he charged me 150 for three luggage and told he will give me slip of that without weighing he charged alot and when i told him to give me slip he told for slip you have to pay more so that he can avail a slip to me. Treat your conductor dont take more money and be have some manners how to talk with ladies. If there is a policies like this then why you people are not suppose to give a slip. So i request you to take a strict action against them...

According to time table there should be at least a bus in half hour but im standing here for 2 hours and still waiting for the bus. Why there's a false time table uploaded on the official site. It should be updated or buses should be on the time. It's one of the worst experience for me today, just hoping for 2 hours that the busy would come but it didn't

Sir at counter no 20 at hp enquiry section.. On 20.2.19 at 7:15pm.. I asked the employee to plz tell my bus no. And the respected counter.. I also handed over the ticket to him.. Bt he started shouting on me that u should tell the exact timing bt didn't read on the ticket.. It's his duty to check the ticket not shouting on people.. N when i asked him atleast tell me the counter he didn't bothered to tell me the counter no.. Said furiously yahin ayegi bus... This kind of behaviour is not acceptable to any citizen.. Kindly look into the matter.. Because if they are sitting at enquiry section.. It's their job..

It has become a habit for shop keeprs at kashmiri gate isbt to ask for over price. Even your complaint forum is full of that. The persistent complaints show that either u r sleeping or u gang up with them. Time to wake up.

I was coming from rishikesh yesterday.in my bus there are many foreigners. When bus stopped under flyover at the time on 4am. Many auto drivers come there and started to irritate them. Those 2 foreigners girl was getting so scared. I helped them and complained to police. Sir plz provide some security there where all bus stop outside the isbt kashmiri gate. Because there are many auto drivers are teasing foreigners as well as girl. They are just like vo gori mam ko mai le jaonga. Maine foreigners ke help kri ke there are metro station u can go there and sit comfortably and wait for metro open. Then auto driver come to me and started # to me and so many wrong words to me. I was almost crying not because they bullying me... That was because i found that foreigners getting scared in my country. I can't see someone to think worng about my country. Sir they autodrivers actually bullying all foreigners. Yesterday i was there so i helped them. But what about today tomorrow sir. Many foreigners come from rishikesh to delhi every day nd bus dropping time is 3am to 5am. Nd there is no any security... Yes police came there in 5min when i complained and took those auto driver to jail. But what if no one complain. Sir i am scared because i can't see foreigners to think that my country is not safe. Sir plz provide security there at night time. Nd allow private bus to drop the passenger inside the isbt bus stand of kashmiri gate not to outside. Sir i swear out side is not safe for tourist. Provide security and allow private bus to drop passenger inside the bus stand. Plz i request you sir. I am all time thinking about that there are another girl are haunting there by the auto drivers. Sir plz read my lines and take action. Passegenr should be droped inside the isbt bus stand not to outside at night. Sir its not safe.

There is no bus service to agra from isbt kashmere gate
For that we have to go to sarai kalekhan bus stand which is very inconvenient and time consuming
I am from sonipat so in order to reqch agra i have to first take a bus to isbt kashmere gate then take auto to sarai kale khan and then a bus to agra
If bis service to agra is made available from kahmere gate itself then it would be much less trouble

It's for the 10nth time i'm complaining about this and i have also fired an fir regarding this at the complaint centre on the bus stand but no enquiry or whatsoever has taken place till now. Every shop charges more than mrp on all the products. It's a shame that country's capital still practices this unethical behaviour. And there so no mechanism to register complaint on the spot and no authority to take any action.

I have purchased my bus ticket for my journey from Delhi to Jammu on 7 Jul 17 at time 2200 hrs costof 610/- rupees. I have service item of Indian air force with me. Bus conductor came and told me that you have to pay full money for your service item for ticket from Delhi to Jammu otherwise i will dropp you​ down soon. So i have paid money for my service item for the cost of 610/- rupees full fare to bus conductor. Now i just want to know that paying Money for service item for ticket is right or wrong? please inform me immediately as soon as possible. I am a central government employee and i am a soldier​ and i will take action immediately after completion of my journey if i found it is wrong.

ISBT Kashmiri gate has good public washroom facility, except the behaviour of the cleaning staff. It has been noticed that they shut down the main door of the ladies washroom, on both ground and first floors, for as long as 30-45 minutes in the rush hours, denying access to use the facilities to travellers who are getting late to board the bus despite polite insistence. Their behaviour in response is callous and indifferent. I personally suffered losses on the morning of 29/03/2017 at 8:00 am due to this behaviour. Kindly look into the matter as the staff continues to exhibit poor behaviour due to lack of check from their superiors.

Dear sir. I noticed every time in kasmiri gate isbt hisar bus stand that the seller of tea and cood drink of near hisar ticket counter pass comments on woman and i face when they pass comments on my wife there time of my journey... Not only me every girl face this we cant fight with them... One time i think about police complaint of them but... I go every month to isbt... Plz sir take a strict action against them

I want to bring to your kind notice that the road in front of ISBT (Kashmere Gate) bus stand is highly polluted by the wrappers, left over food items, used bottles, tobacco packets and other such items causing heavy nuisance to the commuters. As this place is heavily used by several people daily many of them belonging to different states,the uncleanliness prevailing here conveys a negative impression regarding the capital city.As you know that Commonwealth games are approaching fast and this will deteriorate DELHI's image globally.The nuisance is further aggravated by the people urinating in open over there. Hopefully you will respond to this complaint.
