Ishan Uday Scholarship — Benefit not get

Sir,
Iam selected candeate of ishan uday scholarshi 2014-15 base (University grand commission scholarship). My id - ner-ass-gen[protected].
I submitted all continution certificate and renwal certificate at nowgong (Nagaon) canara bank, assam. But, i have not recive amount from april 2016 to still now. Sir, please, i have very very problem for money, so, please sir, please payment my amount.
