Ishan Uday Scholarship — Regarding the seat of sikkim for scholarship

As being an applicant of ishan uday scholarship, and being citizen of sikkim
it came to my knowledge that sikkim has atleast 105seat preserved for sikkim student.
It's is sad that only 21 student was selected and listed in merit list for year 2021. Though my percentage was below 70% but as per the requirement of scholarship its was 60% above. As well as many student was above 60% but wasn't selected. As we need this scholarship so we had applied but it's very sad fact there is very few student selected.
