Ishan Uday Scholarship — Scholarship denied due to negligence of state nodal officer

I'm Anisha Gogoi, a student of Tezpur Medical College, Tezpur Assam. I'm a candidate of Ishan Uday scholarship 2019. My application Id is AS[protected]. All my documents have been verified by the institution and fulfilled the eligibility requirements. However my application is pending for re-validation with the State Nodal Officer for months. All my colleagues have recieved their payments. However I'm deprived of my payment.

I have tried contacting with UGC branch office, Guwahati, however they seem to have no answers. Even multiple mails and calls to UGC's main office are not responded.

I would like to request for an immediate action for availing my scholarship payment for Ishan Uday Scholarship 2019.
