Ishan Uday Scholarship — Prayer for reviving our Ishan Uday Scholarship

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a student of Gurucharan College, Silchar, Assam, and have applied for Ishan Uday Scholarship in the year 2018 but I have not received it yet as our verification process was not done due to some unavoidable circumstances. I, therefore, request you to help me in this regard and kindly provide some solution for the same.
