ISS Hicare — poor termite control and adherence to schedule

Iss hicare service has been very very frustrating. The service engineers are very inexperienced and seems to have no training at all. They are only interested in finishing the task as soon as possible and go. Termite control service is a one year contract and they claim that for a year there would be no issues with termites after their treatment. Within a week after their treatment, i saw live termites eating my furniture and it was spreading fast. I called hicare and put a complaint. Having been in this field for many years, they should understand that termite complaint is a serious one, but i dont think they have the slightest of empathy. They never never adhere to schedule and i had to postpone their visit due to their lack of adherence every single time. The lady on the call never bothers to understand my concern and only keeps asking "next kabhi bheju?"

A professional attitude and empathy towards the customer is very important and i hope hicare trains their guys accordingly. This is hard work for the service engineers and their efforts would not be noticed unless they are trained to also understand the customers concern and not just try to finish the job quickly and run.

I have been using hicare services for a long time now and they were good earlier.in recent times their services has really deteriorated.
