I had purchased the 4D pest control service package for cockroach and paid advance amount of INR 5759 on 31st March 2023 & first service was supposed on 1st April 2023 between 10 am to 11am .Prior to payment they confirmed that the pest control services would be provided to me at my home location on Saturday at my specific date and time- to which I agreed an went ahead and made the payment. But no one has came at time and this service was reschedule to next day Sunday 2nd April 2023 between 1 pm to 3pm again no one came...then i asked to refund my amount but their request it was again reschedule for Sunday 17th April 2023 between 11 am to 1 pm...again no one came at my home...then i asked them to refund my amount and i'm not more interested in their services, as i already done the pest control from other vendor..but they are not giving my refund amount...

    I booked a service through Hi-care sales adviser Supriya on Friday-4th November, and also paid for their services in advance in the amount of 5k via credit card. Prior to payment they confirmed that the pest control services would be provided to me at my home location on Saturday -6th November between 11am to 1 pm - to which I agreed an went ahead and made the payment.

    The next day, I received a call from the Wanawrie office at 11.30 telling me they need to reschedule my appointment due to unavailability of garbage bags and staff due to diwali holiday. To which I disagreed as I had confirmed in the beginning about the service to be provided on Saturday hence, made the payment of 5k in advance as well. I received 1 more call telling me they were able to arrange one technician, but it will be post my original appointment time of 11am to 1pm. To which I denied as I had was busy during that schedule and requested for a refund of my amount paid.

    Supriya confirmed to me on Saturday -6th, that I would receive an email from their seniours about the refund on the same day. I waited all day long but got no response. I waited for another 2 days and called her on Monday- 7th Nov to which she confirmed I would surely receive a refund email on Monday (same day). But I still did not get any response.

    On Tuesday, 8th November, I called up the Hi-care customer care on[protected] to request for a refund and she directed me back to the sales advisor. To my frustration, I was still not getting a response. I tried calling Supriya multiple times but she has not been answering my calls and avoiding me.

    I feel cheated and undergoing mental trauma due to Hicare taking me for a ride and not even refunding me the money for which I have not taken any services. I have already raised a dispute with my credit card company. Please help.

      I had purchase the pest management service package & first activity was done on 05-Sep with 1months of guarantee money return. Within 4 days the dispenser install has stop working mosquito are seen in house & when asking team to correct the dispenser machine no one showing up for another 72 hrs & still waiting. No one take any ownership .

      All is fake here. Need support to get the refund as no escalation is available only call centre teams pick up phone & just keep one on hold forever.

      Please help

        Hi there, we have got a one year package for the house in thiruvanmiyur for rodent and cockroach control. The package has been started in aug 2019, so far we still have mice coming inside the house. The hicare technicians only come for picking up traps but don’t help with checking why the trap is not catching the mice. The service is also pathetic, the sales person (Thamizh mani) promises the world to get a one year package but after that any escalation or calls are ignored. Just called him today telling there is mice currently in the house and send someone but no one came.

          I had taken an yearly package for hi care cockroach control service. The technician visited my house on 22nd september 2019 and completed the service by putting gel in enclosed spaces and spray in open parts. He asked us to contact hi care in case the cockroaches are not eliminated in 15 days. He also said that we will need to empty all the cabinets and they will come and spray inside the cabinets.

          On 6th october, i called the customer care and registered a complain. The executive on call informed me that there were no slots available for coming saturday due to festive season (We prefer weekends as i am a working woman). I made three calls in total, each time the compliant was registered but the executives were not able to find any slots for me. Finally, on 11th october 2019, i called the customer care and asked the executive pallavi (This lady had spoken to me earlier as well when she informed unavailability of slots on weekend) to suggest me a slot and book the earliest appointment available. She suggested and confirmed me a booking for monday, 14th october 2019, at 3-5 pm slot. She said the booking is confirmed and i shall also get an sms.

          We started emptying the cabinets during the weekend to prepare for the service scheduled on monday. On sunday, 13th october, i realized the hi care team missed sending me a confirmation sms. I called the customer care, and an executive named aishwarya picked up my call. She said there was no service scheduled for me in the system (And to my horror i came to know that all my preparations are going in vain). I asked her to check and confirm me my service but she said she is not able to get any booking slot on the system due to an internal technical error. I asked her to check again, she placed my call on hold, and never came back. The call got disconnected on its own after some time.

          I again called the customer care and this time pallavi picked up. We had a long conversation, and finally she committed that she will find a resolution to my problem by monday morning, and i will receive a call from hi care by 11.00-11.30 am. On monday, 14th october. I waited the entire day today, but no call was received. Finally i called hi-care customer care at 5.48 pm and aishwarya picked up. I insisted her to get me an appointment for tomorrow, since all the stuff in my house are lying outside the cabinets as instructed by the technician to make the pest control effective. She said she will try to resolve my problem and asked me to wait 10-15 mins. I waited, she called at 6.05 pm, and asked me to again wait for 10-15 minutes. I again waited till 6.28 pm, and then called the customer care again. The executive on call told me that aishwarya is on another call, and he will ask her to contact me once she is free. No call was received, i again called hi care customer care at 6.51 pm, but received a recorded voice message saying that they are closed for the day.

          Finally i wrote an e-mail to [protected]@hicare.in on 14th october, as i am not able to get a solution, but yet to get a response. This kind of pathetic service is not expected from such a reputed company. I used to get innumerable calls before i booked a package, but it seems the customer care just focus on selling and not on caring for the customers. I hope i will be able to get some quick resolution through this complaint.

            I got the net put in my house in october 2017. Today a pigeon cut the net and entered the balcony. It has damaged the net plus can no longer fly out as it doesn’t remember where it came from. I need the net repaired asap to avoid this from happening again. Isn’t the whole point of getting this done is so that no pigeon can work past it? How did it manage to cut the net?
            Someone did call and was to send me a number where i could send the photos showing the damage. Then he never replied and now is cutting calls if i call him.
            Pretty bad for a customer, i think.
            I understand that my warranty has expired. But how can you not repair the shoddy work you did? The person who called me told me that you won’t repair your own product. That is ridiculous! How can the net for which i paid 10k just last for 2 years? When i was told you had superior quality.
            Sharing the damage that the pigeons have done. This net was put to keep them out. Imagine the irony.
            Could i please get some help? I can’t have pigeons stuck in the balcony. I have to physical catch them and release. I can’t do that.
            Another update. Your guy who called me, phone number: ‭+[protected]‬ has blocked my number. What kind of service is this? I’m saddened by how you treat your customers.

              This is to bring into the kind notice that i have been taking your company's services from last 10 years on regular basis but my money has been entirely wasted. First my entire kitchen wooden work got destroyed and i had to do the entire work again spending 40000 on it. Last year i took the services n was left highly dissatisfied. Techician came once and never did their job well as a result of which my bedroom almirah is now having termite.in the entire course of one year they never bothered to call us for the services n checkup of entire building. I was also tense free that company will update me about the renewal but they were least bothered. I was shocked to see the damage in the almirah. I called the office for checkup she told me that my contract was due for renewal on 19 may. Today when the techinican came he cooked a new turn saying that the company does not have the last year papers in the office n require my copy which i said will provide later on. I would humbly request the higher authorities that kindly shut down your companies who simply take the hard earned money of the people for befooling them. This kind of mental stress they give to the people just to earn money.
              The services are simply third rated and will highly unprofessional.
              The techician who visit our site often complains that the material provided to them is limited as a result of which they put less solution n just do away with their job n innocent people are being harrased even after giving the money.
              It seems you have hv kept incomptent staff just to do fraud. It would rate your company as the worst company and would never recommend any one known to me to be in your money minde fraud company which should be closed immediately as they are not satisfing its valueable customers.

                Very poor service. The service was not satisfying, your so called highly trained technicians""were in so hurry, were not at all trained people, equipments were also not sufficient... I mentioned the same on your customer review call received after service, the lady on phone said they will check & come back & do the needful. But no response later...
                Today also when i called your customer care number your people can't track the service details with your gst invoice number/my number & name!
                I don't see any professionalism in this... Can't see any difference between local people & so called hicare trained technician"".

                  Payment taken well in advance and 2 days prior to service they call to reschedule the appointment due to lesser manpower.
                  This is the worst ever service for the same price paid to other companies. 6-7 were expected however only 4 turned up and instead of arriving at the requested time at 10am they arrived at 11:30. Further, the 4 people started making excuses of not cleaning the duct ; non cleaning of drawers and non cleaning of channels and drawers in the kitchen as well. Their supervisor and rm are pathetic people to interact with. Further the workers here are lying that kitchen drawers are being emptied by them whereas my help is emptying each single drawer. The place post deep cleaning does not even give the feel of cleanliness. It appears that the supervisor, rm and staff are obliging us despite taking full advance payment well ahead of the service.

                    Cheats!!!
                    I have paid for the hicare annual package for deep cleaning services for my 2bhk apartment after being inundated with calls by hicare sales dept/agents, promising deep cleaning by their highly trained professional team, with a supervisor as part of the team, to ensure that the service is done as promised!

                    On the 23rd of october, their so called professional team arrived with no uniform and a ‘state of the art’ broken down vacuum cleaner!

                    They started to clean the first bedroom and bathroom at 11am and at 2pm, the vacuum cleaner simply stopped working after having worked on & of[censored]ntil then!

                    There were two helper kind of men-one who was absolutely useless, and another who was supposedly cleaning the bathroom but only wiped it with a blue small piece of cloth!! Instead of achieving cleaning of my bathroom, he managed to drop a glass shelf that was fixed with a bracket, and broke the glass and the electric dental floss machine on it!
                    I have pics as evidence of the ‘scrubbed & cleaned’ tiles and taps, and the ‘cleaned’ lights & fan! And this, after my having brought it to the attention of the ‘supervisor’ who made him ‘clean’ again!!!

                    Deep cleaning services include windows, grills, blinds etc but i have pics of how badly it was cleaned!!

                    Although they are supposed to clean/vacuum the bed, and furniture, air conditioner, etc - it was obviously not done properly as the pics will show!

                    I had called hicare and the vendor for cleaning the wall of my bedroom with cleaning agents, at extra charge-but the manner that it was done was ridiculously astonishing!!! It was done only in patches and when i showed suraj the stains still existing, he said it won’t go! I asked for his sponge and solution, and wiped it myself, and it went in a jiffy!!! Trained professionals!!!?? They just didn’t care to do it properly!!

                    They called their office dotfree for replacement of vacuum cleaner at 2.30pm and told me a replacement was coming, so they would break for lunch and come back. Mr pawar also spoke to me and assured me that he would send another team within an hour to do the work properly! But when they came back at 3.30pm, nothing/nobody had come from their office!

                    This team packed up as there’s no point cleaning without a vacuum cleaner! But they just poured the dirty water with the kachra into the toilet pot, cleaned out something else in the wash basin and left it as it was!!! My house was a mess!!

                    I had taken a day off from work, postponed all my official work to accommodate them-had booked their appointment a week ago, and hicare does such an irresponsible job!!!??

                    After having spoken to several of hicare’s personnel yesterday including yogesh, manish, dhurvesh, who promised to sort this out by 11am next morning; i got no response till 12 noon that day!!

                    When i called their number[protected] at 12 noon today and asked to speak to the in charge, i was told by the operator anjali that i cannot speak to the in charge but can leave a complaint! On insisting, she finally connected me to a mazar who claimed to be the floor supervisor but again was dilly dallying and saying ‘will speak to the dept and will arrange call back, etc etc!’!!! I

                    It is more than 4 days now and i have not received any call back as yet-which please note!! I have made a written complaint together with pics as evidence but no response nor refund!!!

                    This amounts to cheating and taking money from consumers by making completely false promises!!!

                    I demand full refund and compensation for the damages, and for all the inconvenience to me and my family due to their false promises asap, else i will be forced to take the legal recourse!

                    Pls also note that all my teleconversations have been recorded too, and i have enough photographic evidence of the cheating practices of hicare! I have all the calls and messages soliciting my business for deep cleaning services promising the detailed services that will be provided!!!

                      I had my 2nd bed bug treatment done at my house. Hi-Care was informed well in advance that I have bed ridden father who had to be shifted to another apartment for the day and hence do a good job. The technician who came in, did not even bother to follow the protocol set for the treatment. Post the treatment he just left the doors and windows of the house open. As if this was not sufficient, the quality of his treatment was so poor that we were able to see live bed bugs in the house immediately after the treatment. I raised a complaint with Hi Care but they have not even bothered to call me back. Very Very Very poor experience.

                        We took appontmnet for caockroach services. No effect after 15 days the numbers just increased. I called up and complained. Booked an appointment again for a resparying and the people did not turn up. They just take your money. Once the money is taken no accountability or responsibility.                         We had taken hicare services for cockroach control but there was zero effect n looks like they use paste to fool customers. After complaining to customer care they said it take 15-20 days which is rubbish. But still we waited n complained. Again they sent someone with that rubbish paste which again there was no effect at all. We complained again then they had been fooling ua since then that we are scheduling a visit but that person never turns up. When we ask to refund our money they are not refunding it back also. These ppl think that they can do business by fooling people then they are highly mistaken. I'll make sure to spread awareness among people to not to go for hicare service as they are frauds. I dont want anyone else to suffer.

                          Hi my name is gurunath i purchased a 1 year pest control services for dog tics from hi care they came to my house for the servicing. The guy who came for the service was very inexperienced he just wanted to finish his work and leave the house the chemical he sprayed had no smell i didn’t find a single tick dead in my house in fact just after the next 2 days i find them roaming all over my house and on my pet as well this is very very very disappointing being in this field for so lomg they should know the problems caused by dog tics my dog is getting sick because of this i tried calling them but they just keep on ignoring. Please dont ever go with hicare i[censored] want go for home remedies cause that is better then going with this people. I will also attach some imagies for the proof this images are taken on the next day of service not a single tick was dead and they where roaming inside the chemical sprayed by hicare

                            I have taken a 5 year anti-termite plan from iss hicare at gurgaon in 2013 which is operative till 2018ever. Visit to check is supposed to be done every 6 months but no one ever comes. I wanted to get survey done for old contract done and get new contract for termites and wood borer done. I have called customer care multiple times but they send no one. I called them on 31 aug, 01 sep, 02 sep and 18 sep. Day before yesterday i got a call from their person who assured me he would come yesterday at 10:00 am but the whole day he neither came nor picked up phone. Very poor quality of customer service is provided by hi care at gurgaon.

                              Iss hicare service has been very very frustrating. The service engineers are very inexperienced and seems to have no training at all. They are only interested in finishing the task as soon as possible and go. Termite control service is a one year contract and they claim that for a year there would be no issues with termites after their treatment. Within a week after their treatment, i saw live termites eating my furniture and it was spreading fast. I called hicare and put a complaint. Having been in this field for many years, they should understand that termite complaint is a serious one, but i dont think they have the slightest of empathy. They never never adhere to schedule and i had to postpone their visit due to their lack of adherence every single time. The lady on the call never bothers to understand my concern and only keeps asking "next kabhi bheju?"

                              A professional attitude and empathy towards the customer is very important and i hope hicare trains their guys accordingly. This is hard work for the service engineers and their efforts would not be noticed unless they are trained to also understand the customers concern and not just try to finish the job quickly and run.

                              I have been using hicare services for a long time now and they were good earlier.in recent times their services has really deteriorated.

                                I had purchased a one year treatment for cockroaches. However to my surprise, the first treatment visit was over in less then 3 minutes. Wow. I don't believe you guys. The person who had paid a visit said there are lot of cockroaches hence you will have to empty all your belongings from the kitchen area and vanished as quickly as he could. The treatment done was just a pathetic gel which had no effect on the pests. That's second surprise. Meanwhile i have tried connecting with these guys on there available numbers but could not get through.
                                There were no followup calls later for 3 months. One fine day i received a call for a next treatment and i took the chance to put the grievance to the lady who had called but she too was least interested in listening to the concern.
                                Post this again after 2 months i receive a call on 11th july 2017 for the treatment visit and again i narrated them the same concern. This time to my surprise the so called branch manager ms sheetal came after i asked for a senior to come on call. This lady does not know anything about customer service, i told her that i do not want her service on account of no followups, pathetic after sales service, customer relation etc. I even told her to refund at least half my money, for which she replied that it cannot be refunded and disconnected the call. Simply outstanding organization & staff. Excellent.

                                  Need the service record
                                  I have been trying ot reach out to the customer service to get the service record and the signed card because I think I have not been provided the complete number of services.I have been following up for past few months and there is no response . This is really frustrating .They call up for contract renewal and the moment I ask them for the service card they hang up . Really unprofessional.
                                  Need a resoltuon. I have two contracts with them and the discrepancy is in one of the contracts .

                                    I booked an appointment for Saturday (12th Nov'16) at 11am; however no one turned up and instead I get a call from their staff at 12pm stating that will be reach by 12:30 pm which was itself very annoying . Since I had to leave i asked them to come on Monday (14th Nov'16) instead at 1:30 pm; however no one turned up. When my wife called that pest control guy he refused to come and disconnected the phone. Needless to say, It's the worst service provider will have to find another service who is genuine and meets the service industry standard .

                                      First when I booked the pest control day no one came to do it, then after calling customer care which kept on saying we will call you back but I never got any call back. When I shouted at them they gave me another date. I had pest control done for cocokroaches in September 2016 both in kitchen and three bedrooms and in less then a week since I got the pest control done there were cockroaches in kitchen and other rooms.                                         I availed first installment of service on 29-jun-2013, I have been told it would take at least 10 days to getrid off cockraches entirely. But cockroaches were not controlled completely, within a month, cockroaches were back in kitchen and toilets. I have logged complaint on 02-Aug-2013, a person came and inspected to see the gel did not work effectively in my steel kitchen cup boards. I have been adviced to empty the shelves, first treat with liquid pesticide and after two days, gel need to be applied. Firstly, when I enquired about this service, I have been told that no need to empty the shelves to do the treatment. Now, surprised to hear the opposite. I had to call the service center multiple times to fix an appointment. We emptied the shelves and the liquid treatment was done on 07-Aug-2013, have been told that the person would come back after two days and do the gel treatment. Nobody turned after two days. I called the service center on 12-Aug-2013, have struggled to convince them to fix appointment on Wednesday at 03:30 pm, because I wont be available at home between 15-Aug and 18-Aug. But got a call at 4:00 from the service center that the person could not come due to rain, what a stupid reason. I have been offered with an appointment on Friday, as I mentioned earlier during previous call, I wont be available at home on Friday, so the next available appointment is 20-Aug.

                                        So my concerns are:
                                        1) Why the helpdesk did not tell anything about the effect of gel on steel shelves? If it was told, I would have definitely opted service from another vendor.
                                        2) Having paid full amount Rs. 3674.17 in advance, why should I take the pain of getting the service with so many calls with service center?
                                        3) What would be effect of liquid treatment after two days as I could see so many cockroaches in my kitchen and toilets
                                        4) Finally back to same state as before the initial treatment
                                        5) I would request you to refund my money in full at the earliest

                                        ISS HAD OFFERED FREE AIR TICKET DURING BUYING OF THEIR PRODUCT (SRATCH COUPEN SCHEME) HOWEVER IT HAS NOT REACHED AS ON TODAY. NOW ISS MKTG OFFICIALS ARE SAYING THAT THIS OFFER IS NOT VALID. INSPITE OF REPEATED FOLLOWUP OVER PHONE, COMPANY OFFICIALS HAVE CHEATED CUSTOMER LIKE ME.

                                          I got pest control service contract from ISS hicare - Chandigarh for cockroach problem in march 2011. There is no relief from cocroach problem yet, we can see many cocroaches
                                          I complained about it to customer service in CHANDIGARH many times and many TIMES ON THERE WEBSITE initially they said they will come, then they stopped responding also, even There phone has stopped responding

                                          I think they are cheating people by collecting money in advance and then not reponding- or is the company still there or closed down

                                          I had booked service with the Vashi set up . They are only interested to collect money. They keep saying they will come and never turn up. They have given time of 10 am and turn up at 4 pm. They want money without completing their contract. I will not renew thier service any more. Very unpleasant.

                                            I got my house treated for termite when it was built in 2010. The termite treatment was done on 5/9/10 and 7/9/10. As per their contract they were supossed to come for inspection, follow up and to see if there is any termite attack on the house. They came again to check on 14/12/10 and checked the house and gone. In the month of March 2011 I noticed termite in my house and informed them over phone and again they came on 15/3/11 and 30/3/11 and treated the house but ther was damage to my house as three wooden door frames and the upper decorative wood was totally damaged and I kept quite and suffered the loss
                                            After that they did not come till I made a complaint in september 2011, their man came on 1/10/11 and found termite on the main door which is damaged as well we had to break a 4 door wooden almirah since it was full of termite and it all has happened since they did not check the house for over 6 months and the sufferer is only me.
                                            I insisted and asked the man who came for pest control to give me the number of some senior official so that i talk to them. Finally I spoke to Ms. Savita who said that she is the Branch Manager of the company and when I explained my problem and asked that you are the most expensive company in pest control field and charged me over Rs. 13000 for 2000SQfeet area, she replied that we give pest control service and she was not willing to accept the fact that what happens if some body incur losses even after paying so much of money due to either poor quality material used for service, inadequate material sprayed or injected than the norm, if proper job is not done as there is no visit of any supervisor to check the quality of service given to me.
                                            I would like to draw your kind attention on the following.
                                            1- if a company does the job there has to be some norm, buyer pays the money without any orgument and if he suffers the losses, it should be compensated .
                                            2- why they did not visit my house as per the contract ( quarterly visit was the contract)
                                            3- why no one visited to evaluate the quality of job done
                                            4- my loss is over one lakh and either the company pay me this or get all the items repaired.

                                              I have paid for a full year cockroach pest control, while renewing this year (Jan' 2011) I confirmed with the call centre executive Ms.Anitha (Chennai) can this be transfered to any other city and she gave the list of cities where I can continue the services. One service was done and I shifted my place of residence from Chennai to Bangalore, and have updated with ISS Hicare my new adress on 9th May, 2011. every week I am calling Chennai and Bangalore call centre very bad response from them, almost two months I waited.

                                                Hi, I have got pest control service from ISS hicare for cocroach problem last month. There is no relief from cocroach problem yet, we can see many cocroaches in kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.

                                                  My house was infested with bedbugs. I entered into a 45 days contract with ISS-Hicare India for eradication of bedbugs. They promised , house will be free of bugs with maximum two times spraying. BUT, this never happened. After ISS team sprayed medicine 4 times in last 45 days, the bugs are still very much there in my house. Everytime they finish their work, I FOUND LIVE BED-BUGS within 4 hours. Within 8 days of treatment, the bugs get back in with full vigour and strength, stronger than earlier (as if they are given a dose of TONIC, NOT POISON.
                                                  ISS bedbug service is in-effective and useless, a complete waste of time.
                                                  Everytime I was forced to call back ISS, very next of tretment of their, as I watched bedbugs climbing the wall and ceilings. ISS won't even respond properly on time. Sometimes the local office/vendor just disconnected our phone calls. After killing 45days time, they tell us the contract time has expired. Is this the way ISS completes the contract? Just by killing time (instead of bedbugs)?

                                                  Every time ISS sprays my house, the whole house gets upside down. It takes me 3 days to bring it back to shape. I take more hardship than ISS team in this. ISS WASTED a lot of MY TIME.

                                                  ISS MUST RETURN MY MONEY AND COMPENSATE FOR MY HARDSHIP.

                                                  PS: Whatever precautions were recommended by ISS, we rather overdid all of them. When they asked us to keep the house closed for two hours, we closed for 4 hours.
                                                  In India pest control has no meaning
                                                  Iss hi care is so large thecompany or the employee are serious about
                                                  the job .They treat pestcontrol as any other businees where you sell the product and lift hand up
                                                  For your information one the staff told me when asked them about work gaurantee that "they only manage the bedbugs not eradicate" . Dont blame them, Blame our trade licencing authorities
                                                  The best way is pull them up to consummer court they will claim your damages
                                                  Yes I agree. Same thing happend with me for Ants treatment. Ants are coming back after 2-3 days of their treatment. They are charging 3-4 times compared to locat Pest control agencies but there is no different in there services. So please don't go for ISS High care services (so called).
                                                  I think there must be another hundreds and hundreds of people who have wasted their time and money taking the assistance of ISS HI CARE for bed bugs and various other pest related issue. I think everyone need to realise that these people are only giving you lip service by saying all wonderful things about their service and eradication of your problem but in reality there are as good as a bunch of crooks and robbers out to rob you with their inferior service. I was promised that my bed bugs problem would be completely solved with the second treatment but on finding these insects around my home i on insistence got the third one done but to my horror even this has not helpedand i see them around. Now I have decided to go to the consumer court and fight the matter and ask them to compensate me with all the moiney and time also the great amount of inconvenience me and my family had to undergo. Its high time such scruplous people are thought a lesson and their reputation is brought to stake before they continue cheating innocent people.
