ISS Hicare — the issues with customer care

I got the net put in my house in october 2017. Today a pigeon cut the net and entered the balcony. It has damaged the net plus can no longer fly out as it doesn’t remember where it came from. I need the net repaired asap to avoid this from happening again. Isn’t the whole point of getting this done is so that no pigeon can work past it? How did it manage to cut the net?
Someone did call and was to send me a number where i could send the photos showing the damage. Then he never replied and now is cutting calls if i call him.
Pretty bad for a customer, i think.
I understand that my warranty has expired. But how can you not repair the shoddy work you did? The person who called me told me that you won’t repair your own product. That is ridiculous! How can the net for which i paid 10k just last for 2 years? When i was told you had superior quality.
Sharing the damage that the pigeons have done. This net was put to keep them out. Imagine the irony.
Could i please get some help? I can’t have pigeons stuck in the balcony. I have to physical catch them and release. I can’t do that.
Another update. Your guy who called me, phone number: ‭+[protected]‬ has blocked my number. What kind of service is this? I’m saddened by how you treat your customers.
