I had placed an order for a gift card from ITC. They have outsourced this to woohoo. However, the money got debited and and yet the gift are was not confirmed. I had tried reaching woohoo to no avail via email, chat and call. They are unresponsive. There is no response from ITC either event after I filed a complaint.
