I have booked a flat with ittina group, bangalore in feb'2008 for their suraksha project on hasur road with advance registration of rs 50, 000/= against receptr no 12542 dated 9-feb-08. A year later, in 2009 on being intimated that the project is shelved, i asked then to refund the advance amount, i was sent cheque for rs 50, 000 which bounced back in feb'2010 due to "insufficient fund" and again in dec'2010. Thereafter the started declining all my phone calls as soon as i am revealing my identify w. R. T. Their project in dispute.

Please arrange an earliest refund of the amount with prevailing market interest since the amount was deposited with ittina i. E 9-feb-2008.

I like to disclose you that i have invested at Ittina Arn III project, Hoddi Village, Whitefield in YEAR 2006 and from that day i have got to know it is under the littigation. My investment is stuck and not in postion to get back the money. He is behaving like roudy and not been in control.
I like to request all, if you can help me to get back my down payment i have made to these guys.
Almost my amount of Rs-3, 66, 000/- is stuck with them and being following up from last 2 years.

Really Mona and Murdehswar all together with there mktg guys like Ramesh, Nelson and sweet talking lady Amritha are of same character. Almost they all love to have wicked pleasure to fool customer and see how much they can squese the blood of inocent. I feel the words are not strong enough to get effected.
Those guys giving full page advertisment and fooling customer is there day to day bussiness. They are proud to have political support which has made them to be proud that law and order of our hournable court cant even spoil there hairstyle or make up of there face.
I wish i would have made them to suffer like fish taken out of water. Unfoturnate i have invested on Ittina properties(Arni III) at HODDI Village after railway crossing whitefield, Bangalore

Ittina group company is one of froud company in real state.I work with them last one year.I want to request to costomer that please don't believe any thing what they say their planning is harrash costomer and ignore them they are very good in this.I feel bad to see costomer calling and i have to lie to them every day that they are not in the office.Ittina MD and Mona ittina told me to say what ever they tell you to say.This builder is becomming very strong in cheating and do froud things only because of they have suport of all indian administration like higher rank people in karnatka.They are all doing this openly becouse of their support.I know their inside story they are big cheat they always pay to this people to solve their case.Mona ittina is big cheat.She is loss of company.She don't know how to deal any customer.She is worst femel in this office.she earn lots from customer hard work money and she don't mind if she don't return them.Thay are very good in cheating and making people fool.Be carefull with them and don't buy any flate from them.I feel bad when people call and get all wrong information from them.Their blood comming from cheat person ittina MD.Beaware if you see ittina is dealing any buisness then simply avoid them..
