[Resolved] Itzcash Card — card expired

Hello all, i have received itz cash card (Card no [protected]) who validity is till 08/18, i have been continuously following up with customer care since last 3-4 days, they are saying card is expired on 22/08/2018, how this is possible if the card is valid till 08/18, there is no pre-information about the expiry date as such the amount loaded in the card is huge around 35k. Please treat this matter about the expired card at the earliest as there is only 2 days left. I wish the company should renew the card at the earliest. Please do the needful at the earliest

My ask is how the card is expired before the due date ( 08/2018) is there any specific date written or given to the customer in the website for the same ?

My fist ask with the ITZCash why they are replying after the card expiry date which was valid till 08 /18 and still the issue is not resolved they cannot say or convienece the customer over the phone and say the query is resolved, what is the SLA ( Service Level Agreement they follow to reply to the query ? I connected several times since last Sunday ( 26th Aug, )
Please refer all the email enclosed as an attachment, every time they give different or another reply
