Hello Sir,

with reference to the Order number pasted on the complaint subject, I am raising this issue I have ordered 3x6000 value ebixcash pre-paid card on 18th Nov 2020. I have received 2 nos pre-paid card but sir i am still waiting for 3rd card which I haven't received till now.
I have been writing an email to ebix customer care and calling them but sir I am not getting any response from them they are not even replying to emails I am writing to them.
Sir, I would like to make an official complaint against ebix for not providing proper services. I have attached my order references copy

S[protected] was given to Mr Nikhil Bhor nikhil.[protected]@ebixcash.com of HDFC Ebix Dept to Revalidate on 15 Dec. Till now he has not responded nor is he picking up the phone

My card is still valid . But at pos it says expired card. Plzz call on [protected]

I applied for prepaid card 10 days ago however the card has not recieved yet..
Even after multiple calls, they never picked up the call.
They even don't reply the email.
Worst customer service experience .

Worst service ever.. Cheating customers.. You guys should know how money important during lockdown situation but.. It's been 5 months and stil I've not yet received card.. With in one month card is going to expire🙁..

My HDFCBank ebixcash giftcard is not working..I am trying for past 3 months but no response ...give me a resolution

Your ebix cash customer care executives has not attend my call during two times and when one executive attend my call he dissconnect my call with worth service .kindly action on that otherwise i'll do something in other way that really down your empact in market

I have 2 EbixCash cards with expiry till 2021 & 2022 resp.
However, I am unable to access these cards as I keep on getting invalid card error. Customer care number or even email support is not at all responsive. I am following up since last month without any response.

I've ordered an EBIX cash card on May 20th which is not yet delivered and i've connected twice or thrice to customer support as well, but it is not useful at all they are not providing any ticket Id or something, they say they will look into the issue which is not yet resolved. Money is going to expire soon.

The customer care service is so bad that to connect the call we need to waste 2 to 3 hrs.

I feel it is more of fraud

I have made a transaction in Acko insurance and had to cancel the transaction and from the vendor, refund initiated they have confirmed the refund is done from their end with UTR no and refund id received, But it is not credited to my EBIXCash Prepaid card.
I wrote mail on September 30th but no response received not even acknowledgment.
Daily I am calling to the customer care and no one responses to it.

Kindly help me with this.

I have an ebix cash gift card with validity upto april 2022. However im unable to use this card. Whenever i swipe the card at pos, it says card expired. While transacting online, it says invalid web pin. Ive tried contacting customer care number but no response.

Fraud transaction happened to the itzcash wallet of a icw b2b customer of itzcash. Compliant is raised within 24 hours of incident but got a useless response that the fraud money is being utilized.
If you do kyc and follow rbi guidelines, how can you release such as 1, 99, 998 + 85, 000 of big amount to a fraud b2b icw merchant of yours?

Resolution: i need my money to be refunded and returned.

This is regarding the fraudlent transaction happened on my credit card on 7th march 2019 at 12.53 pm.

There were 2 transaction done at 12.53 pm for the amount of 5000 rupees each to cc avenue b2b mum and these 2 transactions were not done by me.

Please find the below transaction details and attached documents and take the necessary action as soon as possible. Please note that the transactions were under memo debit as of now.

There were two fraudulent transactions 5000 each was made from my sbi credit card showing merchant as CC Avenue.

I have received the details from CC Avenue, which says the transaction is made for itzcash, kindly let me know the process for refund. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

Kindly reverse these amounts and help to identify the fraudsters.

The prepaid card itself is not very useful as the prepaid card does not have a high value, only denominations of 10000. Moreover no offers or benefits for customer. Other limitation is that only online transactions are supported.

I used to load the money to paytm wallet and use for households and groceries.

Without any warning or communication to the customer they have stopped supporting loading of wallets.
They say this is as per rbi guidelines, bit it was working 2 weeks ago, which is why i purchased more cards.

Now they did not put any notice or communicatuon regarding this change in wallet support due to which my money is stuck. I do not want to keep my money stuck in this card.
I want a refund which they are not providing.
