[Resolved] Itzcash Card — Complaint against irresponsible behaviour

I am suffering from irresponssible behaviour of one of you r agent name arun chowdhrey from whom i have taken the irctc link and provide him the required document and amount of rupes 8 thousand for the purpose.
Its being more then 2 months and there is no response for aroun chowdharey when ever i call him he make excuses and asure me to do the work in one or two days but no response from him in this matter.
I am getting frustrated now and also felling cheated. i request you to take some serious action against aroun chowdharey.

I am nageena eram owner of nice travel in chitranjan avenue kolkata established my bussines recently and take the link irctc for you are company to get good oppurtinety but unfortunately from your agent irresponssiblity i am un able to do somy contact numer is [protected]. please sort out my problem as soon as possible.
