[Resolved] Itzcash Card — More than a month and still have not received my prepaid card | |||||
I have placed an order for prepaid card (Rs 6000) through my company portal. There was no intimation provided to me regarding delivery of the card and apparently it was delivered to wrong person by courier. I placed an order for replacement with itzcash team and it's more than 2 weeks i still don't see conclusive response from them. Feels cheated! Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jun 20, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Company executive had called me personally and have been updating me about the status of the dispatch of the card. Within 2 working days my complaint was resolved.

I had book flights tickets in night at 2am to hope to confirmed tickets but my money debit & msg came hold pnr call to customer care support to confirmed .but no one answere ur call .pls never book tickets by itz .flights ..poor service
