Myself joined as icw (Retailer) nov 2014 and became distributor in dec 2014.
Since the new officers appointed for us mr ranjan (Sales officer) and mr naeem (Area manager) our sales started goes down, because they are very very very very most lazy and selfish in this company. They are just taking salary from itzcash, but do not know the proper process of how to handle cases and resolve issues.
They only knows email id [protected]@itzcash.com, and this customer service team always reply - ticket closed: for further details contact your local sales officer...
The both officers are not suitable for it.
Both are just sycophantic (Chaploos) of seniors... Always involved in leg pulling to others.
Now issue is:
1. Our several retailers paid for railway id since 2015, still pending.
2. Several payments are showing refund pending and confirmation awaited since this financial year due to otp not rcvd, still pending
3. Unwanted charges are debited every month, no body answer on it
4. As disty 75000 are blocked for security. Why security from myself, i am giving business to itz cash, i need security from itzcash.
5. Anytime unexpected changes in schemes and charges.
6. My own railway id expired no body helping in renewal.
7. No body helping in providing the agency agreement copy, after several chasing and emails.
8. As retailer customer knows me, as distributor my retailers knows me, both are questioning about itzcash behaviour on queries, sometimes customer barking and abusing me and my staff for refund/ confirmation awaited issues, but no body replying on it.
9.in april 2016 someone hacked the email id and login id of my retailer, and used approx rs 12200 from his account, but no body helped in this issue. Retailer visited for report in cyber crime police cell, but they asked him what is the proof "that you are channel partner/ retailer of itz cash". This retailer still awaiting for agency agreement copy, so he can present the copy to cyber crime.
10. Several times the bses electricity payment made on wrong ca numbers due to rush at bses counters, but no body could arrange the refund or settled in correct ca. It was matter of rs 7-8 lacs. I am just meeting with senior officers of bses and requesting them to adjust. Some already adjusted, but still few are pending. All efforts are mine not assisted from itzcash.
You can think those kind of problems facing by myself as retailer and as distributor, i am the single. Assume how many retailers and distributors as suffering like myself through out india.
Its big investigation issue, there is big fraud on the name of railway agency and money transfer pending cases. How much amount have this company against the cases of refund pending/ confirmation awaited or like railway agency charges.
Mr ranjan & mr naeem they are only hanger and obsequious. Both are not trustworthy. There is no appropriate words to explain about itzcash.
Suggestions to all disty & retailers, if you all are facing same problem from the itzcash, you may complaint at http://www.pmindia.gov.in/en/interact-with-honble-pm/
And choose "write to the prime minister", your all complaints or grievance handled by specific department and all are responsive.
Be brave and complaint against these kind of issues.
I am also going to put complaint against itz cash at pmo office just after this posting.

Ridiculous
We already surrendered our DS ID, also surrendered our ICW with 4 Retailers due to negligence for proper response. Personally I would prefer - (minus) 100 star ratings for your company.
I an my retailer wait for our Railway Renewal till 10th feb 2017, and finally we decide to quit from your services.
